2.4. Security and Safety of the Account

2.5. Banking
You hereby acknowledge and agree that when depositing the funds to the Account, You may only use your own credit/debit card/bank or financial institution account and the name of the cardholder/beneficiary shall be identical to the name you registered
for the Account, otherwise We reserve the right to block your Account with immediate effect.
2.6. Verification
You hereby acknowledge and agree that we may without prior notification to You forward Your personal information to respective bodies entitled to conduct credit checks for the purpose of verification of Your identity and confirmation of correctness of data
provided by You.
2.7. Account Closure
2.7.1 We reserve the right to close Your Account at any time and without providing any explanation for that. Any funds on the Account will be returned to You with deduction of bank transfer costs if applicable. We will at all times honor the contractual
obligations already made.
2.7.2 We reserve the right to block and/or confiscate funds available on the Account in case of breach of this Terms and Conditions on Your part.
2.7.3 You will be notified over the Account closure by email, and if the suspension results in the winnings being retained, a documented copy of the decision may be sent to the Malta Gaming Authority.
2.7.4 The account will be deactivated during the suspension period.
2.7.5 You may request the closure of Your Account on Your own.
2.8. Transfer between the Accounts
The transfer of funds between Accounts is strictly prohibited. Sale and/or purchase of Accounts to/from other Players is not allowed.
2.9. Interest
You hereby acknowledge and accept that We are not a financial institution and amongst others the funds held in Your Account will not accrue any interest.
2.10. Restore funds
If You want to recover funds from blocked, suspended or otherwise cancelled Accounts, you must contact Us immediately.
We hereby declare that in case we are in negative financial condition (insolvency), the funds accumulated on Your Account will be returned to You.
2.11. Inactive Accounts
“Inactive Account” means Your Account which has not recorded any log in and, or log out for a period exceeding 12 (twelve) consecutive months, without the requirement of any financial transaction. Any inactive Account where Your balance is preserved
will be reviewed regularly and We will attempt to notify You, via email, at Your registered email address of any remaining funds held in Your Account. Should an Account remain inactive (no use of Services, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for a
period of at least 12 (twelve) months, a maximum administrative fee of 5 EUR (or a currency equivalent amount) per month shall be deducted from Your Account. The first administrative fee will be charged at the end of the 12th month after the last account
login was recorded. We will notify You about the fee at least 30 days prior to the fee is to be charged. If no transaction has been recorded on the Account for thirty (30) months, We shall remit the balance in the Account to You, or if You cannot be
satisfactorily located, to the MGA.
2.12. Limitation of Liability
2.12.1 We assume no liability for any damage or loss resulting from or in connection with Your use of Services, Including and without limitation, delays or interruptions in the operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure,
any misuse of the Website and the Services, the content or errors or omissions in the content of the website.
2.12.2 In no circumstance We are responsible for any loss, claim, data loss, loss of income, profit or opportunity, loss or damage of goods, direct, non-direct, particular, accidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive of any kind arising from or related to the
access, the use or the inability to use the Website and the Services.
2.12.3 You hereby acknowledge and accept that We are not responsible towards You in case of:
– defamatory, offensive or illegal behavior of any other customer/player;
– any loss deriving from the use of your Account or related services.

3.1. Deposit Methods

3.1.5 Funds deposited in one Account cannot be transferred to another Account.
3.1.6 You cannot change the currency of the Account once the first deposit has been made.
3.1.7 We keep Account holders’ funds separately from Our own funds account held with a Financial Institution approved by the MGA.
3.2 Depositing rules including limits and restrictions
3.2.1 You may use the Services on the Website only if you have sufficient funds available to wager for such participation.
3.2.2 You can set self-imposed limits for deposits, stakes and losses, without giving reasons, in order to self-control Your own betting behavior. Such limits can be set for time periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During the selected period, You will not be

3.2.3 No deposits are accepted before verification of the used payment method. You shall complete the verification process within thirty (30) days of deposit. If you fail to verify the process, your Account and any funds on it will be blocked.
3.2.4 If you wish to deposit from a different credit/debit card or other financial instrument, you shall add that credit/debit card or other financial instrument into your Account details. You shall verify the ownership of that credit card/other financial instrument
prior to carrying out any deposit from it.
3.2.5 We may and in cases provided by the applicable legislation shall verify Your identity and also request from You the information on source of origin of funds, if the aggregate amount of your deposits equals or exceeds 2000 EUR or equivalent thereof in
other currency.
The above mentioned value in amount of 2000 EUR is calculated on a daily basis taking into account all deposits effected by you since the opening of the Account; or on the basis of a rolling period of one hundred and eighty (180) days.
3.2.6 You may not use funds that originates from any illegal activity or source or that is associated with any committed crime(s) or otherwise illegal actions.
3.2.7 You hereby acknowledge and accept that We may set the fee for the processing of deposits at our own discretion.
3.3. Crediting of Wins to Your Account
Wins are credited to Your Account.

4.Withdrawals
4.1.Methods available
Credit cards, (limit daily / monthly limits given by the same card – the amount is credited to Player’s Account in real time);
Debit cards, (limit daily / monthly limits given by the same card – the amount is credited to Player’s Account in real time);
Bank transfer (there is no limit, the amount is credited to Player’s Account by a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 9 days);
Digital Wallet (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Digital Wallet account, the amount is credited to Player’s Account in real time).
4.1.1 You may withdraw any amount up to the “Cash” balance in Your Account by duly notifying Us with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website, if deposit was made without using a bonus. Withdrawal of “Cash” balance is not possible if deposit is done
using a bonus. Support can remove bonus and winnings if you wish to withdraw your deposit. You may make respective notices for withdrawals solely via the Website.
4.1.2 All outstanding stakes shall be cancelled in advance in order to release Account balance or withdraw funds from the Account.

4.3 Withdrawals to different accounts
In cases where the withdrawal to a different account is allowed, Your identity and Your ownership of the respective credit/debit card or other financial instrument shall be verified and confirmed. In case respective transactions made to Your account does not
match with Your verified payment instruments (credit/debit cards or other financial instruments) the payments made will be automatically reversed back to the payment instrument from which they have been originated. In case such reversal is not possible

4.4 Withdrawal of funds not used for wagering

4.5 Withdrawal of funds not belonging to You

4.7 Withdrawal limits
We limit the amount of maximum withdrawal you may accrue to 7,500 EUR or currency equivalents per transaction, 10,000 EUR or currency equivalent per week (7 days period) and 20,000 EUR or currency equivalent per month.
4.8 Extended Due Diligence
In case of a withdrawal request of real money balance, if the funds have not been wagered at least once, we reserve the right to carry out an extended due diligence procedure. In no event, may Account Balances be transferred to another player Account. All

DEFINITIONS

CANCELLATION OF BETS
4.1.Please be informed that in certain cases the bets placed by You may be considered as cancelled and will be returned to Your Account.
4.2 The bets will be cancelled when Your bet is placed after the beginning of a sports event indicated in Your bet;
4.3 If friendly football game was conducted unlike standard format (1, 3 or more halves instead of 2 halves) and there is no information about it in the headline, all the placed bets will be cancelled and be deemed as one. if the length of halves in 2-half (twohalf) match is changed, positions are not cancelled and the bets placed are valid (except the case, when duration of one of the halves is less than 30 minutes and it is not specified in the headline. In this case, bets are counted as equal to 1);
4.4.The bets will be cancelled If the wager amount is less then the minimum deposit amount allowed pursuant to the Terms and Conditions;
4.5 The bets will be cancelled if the respective sporting event was cancelled/suspended/delayed and not carried out within 24 hours. This rule doesn’t apply to tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash (in case mentioned sports game is cancelled/suspended

4.6 The bets will be cancelled in case of errors in coefficients/totals/odds/handicap;

4.8 The bets will be cancelled if in the pair indicated in the bet the host team was changed (in case of two-match tournaments, the stake placed on team’s passing to the next level is considered as valid), except friendly and one–round cup games;
4.9 The bets will be cancelled if You have placed the bets on number of goals and the outcomes of one or several sports events were not reported for any reason (technical results are not taken into account);
4.10 The bets will be cancelled in the cases where due to errors occurred You are (mistakenly) given the opportunity to win the amount without any risk;
4.11 If the respective sports event is completed and the result reported, but subsequently it is cancelled and only first result will be taken into account while revealing the winning bets (it does not include technical result, when bets are considered as equal to
1 (one). Only the bets placed until the first match are considered valid and it means team’s passing to the next level in 2-match tournament; – if technical result then cancelled.
4.12 The bets will be cancelled in cases when You have chosen the positions of the same sports event which cannot be put together (they will be considered as 1);
4.13 The bets may be cancelled if there is a mistake in English naming and it completely changes the content of the position or authenticity of the coefficient;
4.14 Please take into consideration that Your bets placed will not be cancelled in cases when the respective sports event is held at a different venue/place. The status of a host in friendly meetings or in the meetings held on neutral pitch is not taken into
account;
4.15 Fall out: bet is placed on fall of the team or player from the group. If the team/player is not present at the league/championship/tournament (before the tournament starts) all placed bets are cancelled. If the group/player participated even in one single
match and then it fell out, bet shall not be cancelled and result will be published.
4.16 Please be informed that We reserve the right to cancel the bets in cases where We have the reasonable doubt that the respective event has been subject to: match fixing, coefficient manipulation or other activities which makes its integrity doubtful.

Who will pass 3 corner kicks earlier? Who will pass 5 corner kicks earlier? Who will pass 7 corner kicks earlier? Who will pass 9 corner kicks earlier? These positions include 3, 5, 7, 9 and not 3rd , 5th , 7th , 9th corner kicks passed by any team first during 90+
main time of a match (for example, 3 -1- in such case, the bet is placed on a team, which passed 3, and not 3rd corner kicks, e.g.: 2:1; the same principle applies to the remaining positions). Similar positions are: who will be the first to score 3 points; who will
be the first make 3 throw-ins; who will be the first to score 3 goals, etc.
In which half will there be more corner kicks? throw-in; card; offside; goal kick; shots on target; etc. – The User placing a bet on this position must guess, in which half more corner kicks (throw-in; card; offside; goal kick; shots on target; etc.) will be passed:
first, second or the same number in both.
Corner kicks, throw-in; card; free kicks, offside; goal kick; shots on target; etc. in first (second) half: this position is about the number of corner kicks passed in first (second) half.

First/last substitution: this position is about the substitute players from the start of a match to 90+ main time, and which team will substitute first/last. In case both teams substitute first/last players at the same time, winner is the player of a team who
